Gray Reed is delighted to welcome Philip Jordan and Amy Lott as partners in our Energy Transactions Practice Group and Mergers and Acquisitions/Private Equity Practice Group, respectively. Board Certified in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Philip previously served as Executive Vice President – Land and General Counsel for Crossing Rocks Energy II, LLC, which focused on acquiring, developing and monetizing North American oil and gas assets. Amy focuses her practice on structuring a wide variety of transactions, including stock and asset acquisitions, mergers, private placements, joint ventures and financings.
